During my recent stay at a luxury hotel in Belgaum, I was eager to experience a blend of traditional charm and modern convenience. Arriving at the hotel, I found the lobby spacious with comfortable seating, perfect for unwinding after my travels. The floor-to-ceiling windows provided stunning views of the surroundings. While the ambiance was certainly inviting, the true highlight was the breakfast spread, which offered a fantastic variety, although some service hiccups during peak hours were noticeable. The reservation system left much to be desired. My request for an extra cot was initially overlooked, leading to some frustration. I noticed a lack of communication regarding billing, with fees rising steeply compared to what was initially quoted-something that could deter budget-conscious travelers. Despite these challenges, the polite room service staff and smooth check-in process helped make my stay relatively comfortable. A memorable experience, albeit with room for improvement in service consistency and accurate information regarding amenities and costs.
